Have you ever wanted to work at a surf camp? Want to learn how to teach surfing to others? The crew at Island Camps is proud to introduce our new Instructor in Training Program. Our new training program is great for surfers ages 16 and up. 

• Learn the art of teaching others how to surf
• Get experience for your resume
• Help out and hang out on the beach this summer

As an Instructor in Training, you will assist the younger campers, help teach surfing ground school and water instruction, . There is no charge for any camp activities, food, or equipment use while in the program. We only accept one or two trainees for each camp. Only for those willing to work and have fun!
